I love poached eggs because no oil is required to cook them. They are light and fluffy and you can control how hard the yolk is. That being said, I have never mastered poaching eggs at home. It's always turned out to be a big mess. Yesterday I saw this tutorial on Craft.com and decided to try it. It worked perfectly!! I am so excited that I can finally poach eggs at home. The key is to put a little vinegar in the water, I had never heard that before.
