I started Jillian Michael's
"30 Day Shred" yesterday and it seriously kicked my ass. I haven't been this sore in a long time. She has three 'levels' and I was just doing level one! I really like her combination of strength training, aerobics, and abs. I'm going to stick with it, but I think rather than doing it everyday, I'll ease myself into it by starting with every other day and do light aerobics on the off days. You can get it for less than $5 at Amazon On Demand where you can download it and play it on your computer/tv.
It's true, Jillian does drop the hammer.. But I've found that trading the handweights for full handles of bourbon or tequila gives you that added incentive to push on through. :)
